Job summary

Rancho Blanco Recreation and Resort OPC is seeking an IT Officer to maintain and support the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, network, website, and digital platforms. You will also manage the Rancho Blanco website and official social media accounts to preserve a strong online presence.

The role requires a graduate in IT-related fields with knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic content creation. Strong communication and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT hardware, software, network troubleshooting and basic data security.
• Experience or knowledge in website development, administration, and social media management.
• Basic graphic design, photo/video editing, and digital content creation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT equipment and devices.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, user accounts, backups and security.
• Develop and maintain Rancho Blanco website content, images, announcements, events and services.
• Manage website hosting, domain, security, updates and improvements.
• Manage official social media accounts: content creation, scheduling, publishing.
