Job summary

Transnational Diversified Group is seeking an IT Officer - Systems to help maintain reliable, secure, and efficient network infrastructure. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring data security.

You will manage users, backups, and documentation while collaborating with teams to uphold IT standards. 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network faults and connectivity issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and firmware updates.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex IT and network-related issues.
• Implement and administer network security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Develop and enforce network policies and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
