Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT equipment and devices.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, user accounts, backups and security.
• Develop and maintain Rancho Blanco website content, images, announcements, events and services.
• Manage website hosting, domain, security, updates and improvements.

About the role

Responsible for the maintenance, support, and development of the company's IT systems, hardware, software, network, website, and digital platforms. The IT Officer is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Rancho Blanco website and managing its official social media accounts and online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, network devices, software, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT equipment inventory, software licenses, user accounts, backups, and basic data security.

• Develop, maintain, and update the Rancho Blanco website, including its content, images, announcements, events, services, and other relevant information.

• Manage website hosting, domain, basic security, updates, and technical improvements as needed.

• Manage Rancho Blanco's official social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing approved content.

• Create basic digital materials, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional content for the website and social media.

• Monitor online inquiries, comments, and messages and coordinate concerns with the appropriate department.

• Coordinate with external IT, internet, website, hosting, and other technology service providers when necessary.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company systems, accounts, files, and digital information.

About you

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related course.

• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge or experience in website development, website administration, and social media management.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design, photo/video editing, and digital content creation is an advantage.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently.
