Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support / system administration experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP environments; networking hardware and CCTV systems; and admin support in logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Incumbent will be assigned in Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor uptime and performance of Chrono WMS, NetSuite ERP, Biometric / HRIS timekeeping, Email and shared drives.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue escalation and system updates; support data backup routines and restore validation.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for Workstations, laptops, printers, RF scanners, network connectivity, CCTV devices; maintain IT ticket logs.
• Maintain stable network (LAN/WLAN), structured cabling, and asset inventory for IT equipment.
• Manage user access rights in WMS, ERP, HRIS; implement password policy, antivirus, and firewall protections.
• Configure RF devices and barcode printing stations; assist inventory cycle counts and troubleshooting scan issues.
• Maintain IT SOPs, manuals, and support audits; ensure controlled versioning of digital documents.
• Maintain disaster recovery readiness and monitor IT CAPEX with Finance.
