Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group’s DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to provide first level support for the site’s IT systems and Warehouse Management System. You will work under the IT Manager and Site Operations Manager to maintain system availability and performance.

The role requires a 4-year CS/IT related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year CS/IT or related field.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for the Site's infrastructure and Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure adherence to global/regional/local IT procedures and policies.
• Resolve issues with the Warehouse Management System and IT infrastructure.
• Report to IT Manager and Site Operations Manager.
