About the role

Accel Prime Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will provide technical support to both internal users and clients, troubleshoot IT issues, maintain systems and equipment, and help ensure reliable and efficient technology solutions that support our operations and clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues via telephone, email and in-person assistance

Install, configure and maintain computer systems, peripherals and software applications

Perform regular system maintenance tasks including updates, patches and antivirus management

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and ensure optimal network performance

Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and hardware inventory

Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software.

Support the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of vocational or a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Proficiency with hardware troubleshooting, including desktop computers, laptops, printers and peripherals

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues methodically

Good communication abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
