Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational in computer-related field required.

• Proficiency with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Strong problem-solving ability with methodical diagnostic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Perform system maintenance tasks including updates and antivirus management.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and optimize performance.
• Maintain records of technical issues, solutions, and hardware inventory.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software as needed.
• Support deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
