Beyond is seeking an IT Operations & Security professional in Manila to administer central apps like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Zendesk, while supporting users and incident management. You will help improve disaster recovery processes, contribute to security initiatives, and maintain asset inventories across the organization.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT/IT operations role.
• Strong Google Workspace configuration and administration skills.
• Experience deploying and managing an EDR platform.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS services and cloud tooling.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with good communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and continually improve central applications like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zendesk.
• Provide user support across central business apps including incident response and RCA.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Support security program activities including investigations and best practices.
• Maintain precise inventory of devices, cloud assets, configurations, and costs.
• Maintain security posture of end-user devices including vulnerability management.
• Manage internal service desk queue with the team.
• Support IT projects across the organization.
• Deploy and manage security tools on end-user devices.
• Provide proactive/reactive support for meeting room tech; ensure readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to AV/IT.
• Regularly check and set up monitors, displays, and peripherals across offices.
• Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) per applicable safety standards and records.
• Apply deep IT infrastucture and AV knowledge to troubleshoot integrated systems.
• Collaborate with wider team and adapt to changing priorities.
