Job summary

Toro Cloud Philippines is seeking an Associate System Administrator to manage the local area network and office IT systems. You will handle devices, WiFi, and firewall, and administer Google Workspace and other local services such as Jira and access control.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and 1–2 years of experience in IT support within a local office environment. Ideal candidates graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology and possess hands-on Linux experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Linux systems and basic administration
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management, especially OpenLDAP
• Experience with Google Workspace administration is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred

Key responsibilities

• Manage local devices, WIFI and firewall

• Administer Google Workspace, Directory, Jira and other local office systems such as the access control system

• Support both hardware and software systems in a local office environment

About you

• Proven experience working with Linux systems

• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly using OpenLDAP

• Experience with G Suite/Google Workspace Administration is an advantage

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of work experience
