You will ensure stability, performance, security, and availability while leading operational teams and coordinating with stakeholders to support business objectives. The role focuses on managing servers, networks, applications, and end-user support with an emphasis on availability, incident resolution, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, and end-user support.

• Lead and mentor IT operations, service desk, and support teams.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents and problems.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies.
