Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking an IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer engineering and at least five years of relevant experience. Experience in e-commerce or logistics is advantageous for this role, which focuses on system analysis, upgrades, and IT project leadership.

The candidate will lead installations, perform testing and QA, and ensure safety procedures, data recovery, and staff development are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing computer systems and recommend upgrades
• Oversee installation of systems including software and hardware
• Perform tests, troubleshooting, and QA
• Implement safety procedures and data recovery plans
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
• Develop user manuals, policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with departments in IT system development
• Ensure installations and upgrades meet schedules and client specs
• Delegate tasks and develop budgets and work schedules
• Stay updated with field advancements and provide refresher training
