Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking a Management Trainee to rotate through operations, marketing, sales, customer services, and personnel to gain broad exposure. Responsibilities include completing day-to-day operational tasks, planning and organizing workflows, and supporting management to achieve company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, at least two years in a related field, knowledge of branch/warehouse operations, strong communication, and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.
• Must be a Filipino-Chinese and a Mandarin Speaker.

Responsibilities

• Assists in completing day-to-day operational tasks and helps plan, organize, and manage the entire operation flow.
• Implements and monitors the company's Standard Operating Procedure.
• Works with managers to plan and direct the organization's goals.
• Proposes policies and ensures its implementation.
• Evaluates work output of Operations.
• Gains exposure by working in marketing, sales, customer services, and personnel departments.
• Handles established accounts to gain familiarity.
• Attends periodic evaluations.
• Uses reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identifies trends and recommends actions to manage business situations.
• Reports market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing needs.
