Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to serve as the onsite contact at Clark International Airport. You will guide onsite engineers, troubleshoot desktops, and handle incidents in a fast-paced airport environment.
The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong Windows and networking basics, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Serves as the onsite point of contact for technical concerns, coordinating with internal teams, airport personnel, vendors, and internal support groups for issue resolution.
Provides technical guidance and support to onsite IT engineers/technicians, including task coordination, troubleshooting assistance, and escalation support.
Performs hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of desktop, hardware, software, peripheral, and basic network-related issues.
Monitors support activities, ensures proper ticket documentation, and provides regular updates on incidents, service requests, and operational concerns.
Assists in maintaining IT assets, equipment records, and operational documentation required for airport support activities.
Supports compliance with airport security requirements, and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
At least 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or onsite technical operations, with experience as a senior technician, team lead, managerial post.
Experience in providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and incident handling in an enterprise environment.
Knowledgeable in desktop hardware/software support, Windows operating systems, basic networking, peripherals, and ticketing systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment and support shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
Experience in airport, aviation, airline, or other critical operations environments is an advantage.
