Job summary

Honda Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Development and Maintenance Manager to partner with Sta Rosa and GENPOs, ensuring business applications and IT solutions support daily operations and drive improvements.

You will lead development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and support for SAP ERP, H-DMS, PC-Pack, Salesforce, and related systems, coordinating with users, IT teams, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT systems development, enterprise app support, or IT service management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial IT experience.
• Experience in SAP ERP and enterprise business apps.
• Experience in development, integration, implementation, and prod support.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

About the role

The IT Systems Development and Maintenance Manager serves as a key technology partner to Sta Rosa Office, Batangas Office, and other General Purpose Operations (GENPOs). The role is responsible for ensuring that business applications and IT solutions effectively support day-to-day operations while continuously improving the way teams work.

You will lead the development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and support of key enterprise applications, including SAP ERP, H-DMS (Honda Dealer Management System), PC-Pack Parts & Warranty, Salesforce, and other related systems. Working closely with business users, process owners, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, you will understand operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver practical, secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SRO, BO, and other GENPOs to understand business processes, challenges, and technology requirements
• Translate business needs into practical IT solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
• Lead the development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications
• Ensure applications such as SAP ERP, H-DMS, PC-Pack, Salesforce, and related systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements
• Lead application development and enhancement activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support
• Oversee SAP ABAP enhancement, debugging, integration, and technical support activities
• Lead the team in providing timely and effective support for business-critical applications
• Monitor incidents, service requests, system performance, and recurring issues
• Lead IT projects from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-project review
• Lead, coach, and develop IT team members to strengthen their technical, functional, and business capabilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems development, enterprise application support, systems integration, or IT service management
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in IT, systems development, application support, project management, or a related field
• Experience in SAP ERP and enterprise business applications
• Experience in application development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and production support
• Experience in managing IT projects, vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams
• With valid driver's license
• Willingness to work closely with business operations and visit operational sites/dealer locations when required
• Willingness to collaborate with local and global IT teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
