Our Clients in Laguna is seeking a Senior IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT function, balancing strategic technology initiatives with hands-on involvement in operational requirements. The role will lead IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems, and technology operations while supporting business improvements through technology and process optimization.

The Senior IT Manager will lead and develop the IT team, manage vendors and stakeholders, and translate business requirements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with leadership of IT function.
• Experience blending strategic leadership with hands-on operations.
• Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Understanding IT infrastructure, applications and operations.
• Experience with IT projects and implementations.
• Process-oriented with continuous improvement focus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT function and establish priorities aligned with business and operational needs.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, SAP, and day-to-day technology operations.
• Drive IT projects, systems implementations, and technology-related initiatives from planning through execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support when required, particularly for critical IT concerns and projects.
• Manage and coordinate technology resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective IT service delivery.
• Ensure enterprise systems and IT infrastructure support reliable and efficient business operations.
• Lead and develop the IT team while establishing clear priorities, processes, and performance expectations.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, SAP, and day-to-day technology operations.
• Drive IT projects, systems implementations, and technology-related initiatives from planning through execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support when required, particularly for critical IT concerns and projects.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and technology operations.
• Proven experience handling IT projects, systems implementations, and project management.

• Ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
