Job summary

Honda Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Development and Maintenance Manager to partner with Sta Rosa and GENPOs, ensuring business applications and IT solutions support daily operations and drive improvements.

You will lead development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and support for SAP ERP, H-DMS, PC-Pack, Salesforce, and related systems, coordinating with users, IT teams, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
At least 5 years in IT systems development, enterprise app support, or IT service management.
At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial IT experience.
Experience in SAP ERP and enterprise business apps.
Experience in development, integration, implementation, and prod support.
Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with SRO, BO, and GENPOs to understand processes and tech needs.
Translate business needs into practical IT solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Lead development, enhancement, integration, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise apps.
Ensure SAP ERP, H-DMS, PC-Pack, Salesforce and related systems are reliable and secure.
Lead IT projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live review.
Oversee SAP ABAP enhancement, debugging, integration, and support.
Provide timely and effective support for business-critical applications.
Monitor incidents, service requests, system performance, and recurring issues.
Lead, coach, and develop IT team members.
