Private Advertiser seeks a seasoned software professional in the Philippines to lead modification and enhancement of applications while ensuring performance and compatibility with evolving hardware and platforms.

You will oversee end-to-end development and documentation, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and define integration approaches with clear technical specifications and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Leads the modification and enhancement of software applications, resolving complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility with evolving hardware and platform requirements.

• Assesses, defines, and recommends software-hardware integration approaches, establishing technical specifications and performance standards for system development.
