Job summary

DATEM INC. is seeking an experienced IT System Engineer to oversee the IT infrastructure, ensure system availability, and plan designs for growth and upgrades.

The role requires strong knowledge of servers, OS, networking, and productivity tools, with a solid 5+ years in similar roles. The candidate will handle hardware, software, Active Directory, and application servers, plus networking fundamentals and device integrations such as biometrics, IP cameras, and IP phones.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S Computer & Electronics Technology or similar course; preferably higher.
• At least 5 years' experience as an IT System Engineer; activities on IT System hardware, software and
• Comprehensive knowledge on server software and software utilities/tools: O/S, RDBMS, Email, Active Directory, Application Server.
• Adequate knowledge on Operating System of client devices (PC, Tablet and Smart Phones).
• Adequate knowledge of IP Networking (wired/wireless; router; access point; switch): device connectivity, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair.
• Adequate knowledge on office productivity software and software utilities/tools: MS Office
• Adequate knowledge on how other devices uses IT components and infrastructure: Biometrics/Card Reader, IP Phone, DVR/NVR, IP Camera and others.
