Job summary

Frankie's New York Buffalo Wings is seeking an IT Business Analyst to gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and document system needs. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with ERP and web applications.

Responsibilities include evaluating existing systems, supporting testing and deployments, and producing process diagrams and docs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, web applications, or enterprise software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Systems Analysis and Design concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with business process analysis, flowcharting, and documentation tools is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
