Job summary

UPTC in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Systems Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support system enhancements end-to-end.

You will collaborate with developers and testers, document workflows, perform UAT, and ensure security, data privacy, and quality standards while staying current with new technologies. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and at least two years in systems analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis
• Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
• Proficiency in writing use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with database concepts and querying (e.g., SQL).
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services).
• Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles as they relate to system implementation
• 2 years experience onSQL
• Demonstrate deep expertise in specific data domains or technologies (e.g., big data, cloud platforms) to support data management and architecture

Responsibilities
