About the job System Developer Associate Manager

Overall Purpose:

To manage a team of developers and Software support team to Developand deploy the MIS application

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and asrequired test enhancements to complex modules
• Work with ApplicationArchitects/Business Process Architects/Specialists and other System Specialiststo gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
• Develop system specificationsand interfaces for complex components
• Design and code applications tofunctional and technical programming standards
• Provide primary support towardinstallation of application releases into production as directed
• Coordinate and participate instructured peer reviews/walkthroughs
• Plan and execute all requiredprocess steps as defined in our methodologies
• Create operationaldocumentation for the Application
• Coordinate work with otherSystems Specialists on and across Applications
• Provide application/technicalsupport as required, in a timely manner
• Review and understand theApplication workplan
• Meet service commitments forassigned deliverables and proactively provide work status
• Provide input to assist indetermining level of effort

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years work experiencewith focus on software development for minimum of 5 years.
• Looking for end-to-enddevelopers-- experience in back-enddevelopment for servers and databases and front-end development for webapplications and tools
• Project and people managementexperience required - will handle approx. 4 FTEs.
• Good excellent communicationand presentation skills, preferably with knowledge on running operations sincewill handle estimates of the project
