Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements, automation, and digital solutions.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain in-house applications, reports,
• and automation tools that support business operations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing in-house systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and usability.
• Provide first-level application support for enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS, and other outsourced business applications) by resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and escalating complex issues to vendors or senior support teams.
• Deliver technical assistance to end users by diagnosing and resolving software, system, and application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure successful system releases.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining data integrity, implementing backup procedures, version control, and security best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring system issues and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve system stability and reduce future incidents.
• Monitor application performance, recommend system enhancements, and implement continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and user
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, change management procedures, and software development best practices throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in systems development, application support, or IT operations.
• Experience in developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining business applications is an advantage.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as SAP, HRIS, ERP, or similar business applications is preferred.
• Exposure to Windows Server administration, virtualization, database management, or cloud technologies is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript).
• Knowledge of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with API integration, automation tools, and reporting solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, backup and recovery, and virtualization technologies.
