Job summary

Adventus is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot a range of problems, and ensure smooth operation of client computer systems. You will deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support hardware and software, OS, and network components, with emphasis on Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities include managing IT assets, delivering excellent customer service to maintain high user satisfaction, and applying ITSM/ITIL

Qualifications

• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network).
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service.
• IT asset management and other adhoc duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL will be an added advantage.
