Job summary
Advanced Energy, headquartered in the Philippines, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, and servers to internal users across the AE infrastructure. The role includes Level 2/3 support responsibilities and collaboration with IT managers to deliver timely resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in IT, multiple certifications (MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA), and at least four years of LAN, network, server, and PC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Receive, respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues for internal users in a timely manner.
- Log, monitor, escalate, resolve, and close incidents using the Service Desk system.
- Provide desktop and end-user support including diagnostics and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain software, PCs, printers, switches, servers, and related IT equipment.
- Deploy new PCs, manage roll-downs, maintain IT asset records and loaner systems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and collaborate on priorities.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and Purchasing for evaluation and procurement of IT equipment.
- Support users with onboarding, training, and manufacturing systems while ensuring compliance.
