Advanced Energy is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive hardware, software, network, and server support to internal users in our Laguna/Calamba area facility. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, with Level 2/3 support for AE Infrastructure as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in IT with MCP/MCSE/CCNA and 2+ years of LAN, network, servers, and PC experience; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
• ITIL Certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of LAN, network, servers and PC experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot IT issues for internal customers.
• Log, monitor, escalate, and close incidents using the Service Desk system.
• Provide desktop and end‑user support for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software and IT hardware.
• Deploy new PCs and maintain IT asset records and inventories.
• Escalate advanced issues to appropriate teams and coordinate with IT vendors.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and compliance with policies.
