Job summary

Indra Group seeks a Deskside Support specialist to provide on-site IT assistance across desktop OS, Office apps, email, and DMPI environments in Manila. You will manage IMAC requests, troubleshoot endpoints, and support printers while maintaining asset inventory and security standards.

Required is a Bachelor’s in IT and at least 1 year of desktop support experience. You will work closely with the Helpdesk to deliver high-quality user services and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related qualification/course or recognized relevant IT credentials.
• Minimum of one (1) year prior experience providing desktop support is desirable.
• Experience in incident management and handling complex issues.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software including databases, office apps and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install Desktop OS, Microsoft Office and other standard business applications as required.
• Add or remove peripherals and configure PCs.
• Troubleshoot endpoints incidents and handle printer problems.
• Provide on-site support and assist Helpdesk with escalated trouble tickets.
• Manage IMAC requests and DMPI IT infrastructure setup as needed.
• Update asset inventory and ensure endpoint lifecycle maintenance.
• Ensure endpoints security and compliance with patching and disposal standards.
• Perform post-IMAC and QA before closure.
