Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and hardware deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT inquiries to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the setup and deployment of hardware for new employees, ensuring configurations and software are in place.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and conduct regular audits to optimize utilization.
• Provide technical support to end-users and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
