In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure that powers our BPO, call center and debt collection operations. You will handle a range of hardware, software and network issues, document procedures, and support users with a strong focus on service quality and prompt resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid technical knowledge across hardware, software and network technologies.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to communicate technically.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Certifications in IT support, networking or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT-related issues and queries from employees in a timely manner.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network and application problems.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on computing and networking equipment.
• Assist with procurement, configuration and deployment of new IT hardware and software.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes and support procedures.
• Work with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the technology infrastructure.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support practices and policies.
