Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, including systems, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and procurement.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access controls.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
