Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification preferred.
• 1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong Windows and/or macOS knowledge.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset management tools and ticketing systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or on-site.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, peripherals and software.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and document solutions in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with deployment and management of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor IT systems, networks and security protocols.
• Support setup and configuration of user accounts and access permissions.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance on IT best practices.
