Job summary

Jatro BPO is a Philippines-based outsourcing provider seeking an IT Support Staff to troubleshoot, maintain, and support computer systems, hardware, and software. The role includes setting up security and privacy for networks and systems, with on-site work in Pampanga.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, installing/upgrading OS and software, and maintaining IT equipment and records.

Qualifications

• Experience as Computer Technician or IT support role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software.
• Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and IT equipment.
• Maintain records of repairs, installations, and support requests.
• Ensure network and system security with routine maintenance and updates.
