Job summary

Pinnacle Credit Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Executive to join our operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all company hardware and software to keep systems running smoothly.

You will perform helpdesk support for end-users, update OS and firmware, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with security standards while working with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum one year IT experience
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Basic knowledge of Windows servers and file permissions
• Good knowledge of computer hardware
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain company hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software systems
• Provide helpdesk support for end-users
• Update operating systems and firmware as required
• Ensure services and systems return to an operational state quickly
• Maintain IT infrastructure and asset tracking
• Participate in company initiatives and ad-hoc duties

IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of all company hardware and software
• Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
• Perform helpdesk support for end-users
• Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
• Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate risks
• Maintain all IT related infrastructure
• Maintain inventory and ITasset tracking
• Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
• Participate and actively support company initiatives
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
