Job summary

MYKREAT CORPORATION is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software and connectivity. You will troubleshoot computers, printers, and network issues, and work on other IT equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves installing and configuring computers and peripherals, assisting with network setup, maintaining equipment inventories, performing system updates and backups, and supporting IT projects as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related course.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and Windows systems.
• Knowledge in LAN, WI-FI, router and network troubleshooting.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• IT support or technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
