• Installs and performs all repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment
• Set-up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cable and operating systems
• Installs printers, software and other computer tools
• Oversees the daily performance of computer systems
• Checks damaged computer units and accessories
• Receives user request to troubleshoot hardware related to computer or device problem using various means of checking such as user response, visual checking, post beep error and user of checking, software and utilities, and diagnostics
• Performs appropriate action and solution to user's concern.
• Assists user's inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems
• Recommends replacement of any damaged computer or device parts
• Recommends appropriate plan to follow in lay-out planning, materials need and project target
• Coordinates with concern division to carry-out project which involves network availability
• Reads technical manuals, confer with users and conduct computer diagnostics to provide technical assistance and support

Job Qualifications
