Job summary

Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are essential. Occasional travel between Dermorepubliq office locations may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for help desk tickets.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks.
• Provide basic training and guidance to employees.
• Support the setup and maintenance of secure network infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT resources and support for all manufacturing sites.

Skills

Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
