Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, maintain inventory accuracy, and support onboarding, offboarding, and procurement tasks.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excel proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Must understand computer specs.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, simple formulas).
• Prior experience in IT asset management is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal).
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory records accurately in internal systems and Excel.
• Coordinate asset allocation for onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
• Monitor asset usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in hardware/software procurement and vendor coordination.
• Track warranty status, repair processes, and replacement schedules.
• Follow up on asset-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
