You will track, maintain, and utilize hardware, software, and IT resources. Responsibilities include first-level support for hardware, software, network, and systems, asset issuance/return, inventory, and coordination with vendors for repairs and purchases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support or similar role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage issuance, return, transfer, and replacement of company IT assets.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and records.
• Monitor the condition, location, assignment, and status of company-owned IT equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset audits.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and IT-related purchases.
• Assist in setup and configuration of devices for new hires and employees.
