Job summary

CIIT College Of Arts is seeking an IT Officer to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on providing hardware, software, and network support, configuring IT equipment, and assisting users with system access.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field with 1–3 years of IT support experience, familiarity with OS, networking basics, and asset-management tools. The position is full-time and on-site to support our educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Familiarity with hardware, operating systems, and enterprise apps.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with asset-management tools: Freshservice, Snipe-IT, Lansweeper.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Assist stakeholders with system access, troubleshooting, and application use.
• Document issues, solutions, and expand complex problems when necessary.
• Track and maintain records of IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assets—from acquisition to disposal.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement for IT asset needs.
