Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop specialist to support onboarding/offboarding, imaging laptops, and provisioning equipment for a fast-growing team in Manila.

You will manage CMDB inventories, coordinate with sites for asset disposition, and provide remote and on-site support to executives and staff. A strong customer-service mindset and solid Microsoft tech fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to support Director+ roles including Executives and Executive Admins.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• On/Off-boarding logistics and onboarding laptops to new hires.
• Image and deploy laptops; process new hire requests.
• Order work-from-home equipment and conduct New Hire Orientations.
• Process off-boarding and asset recovery, perform machine reimaging.
• Maintain CMDB with hardware/software inventories and allocations.
• Forecast end-of-life assets and coordinate refresh with team.
• Procurement to meet forecasted inventory; report monthly spend.
• License management for software and cloud apps; security tools.
• Provide hardware/software troubleshooting and remote support.
• Mobile support for iPads/iPhones/Android devices.
• Support MDF/IDF rooms and site techs; assist with major incidents.
• Project and new technology deployment support.
