You will manage CMDB, track licenses, and support hardware issues while coordinating with 3rd party technicians as needed. The role requires 3-5 years in IT Helpdesk/Desktop support, strong customer service, and effective communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience.
• AA in Information Systems or related field.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• On/Off-boarding logistics: process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops, perform IT onboarding.
• Procure work-from-home equipment as needed and coordinate orientations.
• Maintain CMDB with inventories and allocations of hardware/software assets.
• Manage asset lifecycle: end-of-life forecasting and fleet refresh.
