Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to resolve technical issues for end-users via phone, email, or in person.

You will install and configure hardware and software, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base while escalating complex issues as needed. この role focuses on imaging and deploying desktop hardware for office and remote users, onboarding new staff with fully equipped workstations, offboarding, and comprehensive inventory

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in software applications, Windows, and hardware support in an enterprise environment.
• Tier 1 or higher Desktop Architecture-centered experience
• Desktop support and working knowledge of Systems, Security and Networking, local and client-server applications, functions, and support
• SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS and VMware platforms

Mansioni

• Image, deploy in office and ship desktop and laptop computers for remote users
• Onboarding new users with imaging computers and installing required equipment and software per role
• Offboarding users, collecting computers and disabling access
• Tracking all inventory items including shipped, in stock, and assigned
• Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues and route to relevant departments
• Manage IT Support ticket system and assist IT Support to meet Service Level Agreement goals
• Regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all company workstation systems
