Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an IT Support Specialist to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal users. This full-time onsite role offers a path to hybrid setup depending on business needs.

You will monitor incidents, assist in deployment and configuration of IT systems, and collaborate with vendors and business teams to resolve technical concerns while maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
Knowledge of troubleshooting practices, operating systems, hardware, software applications, and basic network concepts.
Familiarity with IT service management practices, ticketing systems, and enterprise applications; experience supporting accounting or audit-related applications is an advantage.
Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, applications, and IT-related issues reported by users.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve service requests, incidents, and technical concerns while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IT systems, applications, and user access requirements.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to escalate and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, procedures, and knowledge base materials while supporting continuous improvement of IT support processes.
