Join our team and play a key role in ensuring branch‑level IT systems, devices, and peripherals remain reliable, functional, and compliant with company standards. You'll provide both onsite and remote technical support to branches within your assigned area and help maintain uninterrupted daily operations.
Respond to assigned IT incidents and service requests received through the ticketing system, email, or other approved channels.
Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripheral‑related concerns.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting branch operations to minimize downtime.
Perform routine corrective actions such as software reinstallation, configuration adjustments, equipment checks, and hardware replacement when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical activities using the ITSM ticketing system.
Escalate complex or high‑risk technical issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
Support branch IT deployments and onsite activities when remote implementation is not feasible.
BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or any IT‑related course.
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Service Desk, or related roles.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
