Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a team while maintaining network, servers, and cloud platforms. You will configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, administer Windows Server and Linux, and ensure service availability across Azure and AWS.

You will monitor tickets, perform root-cause analysis, manage assets, backups, databases, storage, and documentation, and coordinate with management and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 4 years of IT/network/system administration or technical support experience.
• At least 1-2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMware.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Leadership, delegation, and team management capabilities.
