As an IT Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. You'll provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, and assist in implementing IT solutions that drive efficiency and security across the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology

• Must have at least 1~2 years experience in the same field

• Knowledgeable on hardware and software troubleshooting, network support and maintenance, Active Directory & Cloud Server Environment

• With hands-on experience with Active Directory is an advantage

• With hands-on experience with cloud server environments is a plus

• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
