Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an IT Staff to support day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, managing user accounts, and ensuring the security and reliability of the company\'s IT infrastructure.

The role will handle hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, CCTV basics, backups, and documentation, with a Monday–Friday office-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field is required.
• 1–2 years IT support or technical support experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL/database management and user account administration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and IT security is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain database operations, including backups and data integrity.
• Assist in monitoring CCTV systems and implementing basic IT security measures.
• Perform routine system updates, virus protection, and software installations.
• Respond promptly to IT issues to minimize system downtime.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and technical procedures.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
