Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified.
• 3–5 years of IT Operations/Systems Administration/Network Administration/IT Infrastructure Support.
• Experience managing Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN networks, databases, backup and recovery, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with HeidiSQL, Navicat Premium, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, databases, backup and recovery processes.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, resources, and project risks.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across multiple departments.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop IT team members while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Conduct user training on new systems, applications, and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IT solutions that support business operations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
