Job summary

CPPC ALLIANCE VENTURES, INC. is seeking an IT Support staff to handle day-to-day technical needs, assist employees, and ensure systems run smoothly in Metro Manila.

You will install and configure equipment, troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, backups, and backups. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or 1 year experience welcome; familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 preferred. The role requires teamwork and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of IT support experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and basic networking.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to learn and handle diverse IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for computer, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install and set up computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and internet/network problems.
• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
• Perform basic computer maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Check and maintain network and internet connectivity.
• Keep track of company IT equipment and software.
• Assist employees with basic IT-related concerns and questions.
• Help with system upgrades, installations, and other IT projects.
• Keep records of IT issues, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internet providers, suppliers, or outside IT support when needed.
• Follow company IT and security policies.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
