Qualifications

• Candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and hands-on experience.
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting and networking is preferred.
• Customer service orientation and field-work readiness are required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains computer operating and networking systems.
• Maintains and updates major operating and networking systems to ensure interface with applications.
• Installs and maintains peripheral hardware components interfacing with OS and apps.
• Recommend revisions to software to maximize system efficiency.
• Adheres to escalation procedures for incidents and protects information assets.
