Job summary

Terry Selection, Inc. in Pasig City seeks an IT Specialist to troubleshoot and repair networks, hardware and software for desktops and laptops, and manage CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems.

You will provide technical support across servers, networks, POS, printers, and other devices, organize workstation setups, and liaise with vendors for procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields.
• Relevant experience, especially in POS systems.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop
• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems
• Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing platforms
• Organize workstation and cable management
• Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Conduct monthly IT Audit and keep all PCs with optimum performances with all latest updates and patches
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and obtain a minimum of 4 quotes for further approval
• Answer incoming calls and provide technical support across the company in person or over the phone

About the role

The IT Specialist is responsible for precise troubleshooting and repair of networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop.
